SKILL ASSESSMENT

One of the most unique aspects of CORE4 comprehensive principles of training, entails conducting initial individual full-assessments on each trainee or student-athlete prior to beginning his/her intense training sessions.

7 - Disciplines

The essence of CORE4 comprehensive training system incorporates the applications of the (7-Key Disciplines) of athletic training for ensuring the proper and adequate development of the critical areas of body, mind, and spirit, which embodies the "complete-athlete".

WEEKLY SCHEDULE

ON-COURT

  • Monday-Friday (8:30 AM to 11:30 AM) (1:30 PM to 4:30 PM) 

  • Saturday (times vary according to seasonal schedules)

  • Sundays (Off/Open Gym)

CLASSROOM

Tuesday & Thursday (Groups Assigned based on a Rotation Schedule)

PROFILE DEVELOPMENT

During lunch, evenings, and weekends, student-athletes are provided assistance in producing an attractive Recruitment Profile consisting of pertinent personal, academic, and athletics information for highlighting their on/off-court performances.  Each profile will also consist of select statistical data and video games clips footage for providing additional exposure.
