The CORE4 Post Graduate Program will commence operations in September 2018 through March 2019. The inaugural academy year of programming will last for a period of 7-months, plus an additional Spring and Summer period for those in need of additional recruitment exposure.
Post Graduate - High School
Restrictions for Students enrolling in the PG (HS) program:
Must have earned their HS diploma (no more than 12 months ago).
Must NOT have enrolled and attended a College or University since graduating.
If International student, must obtain I-20
Post Graduate - College
The PG College program includes courses offered by (College TBD) ONLINE, as well as at the CORE4 designated location. Courses are taught by (partnering College faculty). Students in the program will be registered as (College students with partnering Institution).
Students in the PG College program:
Must have earned their HS diploma (no more than 12 months ago???).
Must have NOT HAVE more than (1 semester of college enrollment???).
If International student, must obtain I-20
Age Limitations - Boarding
BOARDER: Post Graduates
PGs up to one year out of high school may be housed in CORE4 Housing (TBD), once approved by Director & Exec. Administrator.
PGs beyond one year of high school, but under the age of 20, will be housed in Academy Park Villas or Champions Walk Apartments.
PG (SPORT ONLY) students over 21 will be considered adults and treated like adults (e.g. private housing + no supervision). An "Exception Form" should be submitted and pre-approved for CORE4 Housing location boarding.
CORE4 PG Programming Fees - For this inaugural year, our 2018-19 tuition costs relative to general tuition and room & board cost are significantly below what you might expect for an elite boarding Post Graduate program. Our tuition is comparable to many day schools, and our room & board plus competition fees parallels what it would cost to house and clothe your son in your own home.
We encourage you to call our Director of Admissions, for an explanation of the various tuition levels for boarding students, day students, and 2nd semester students enrolling during the latter part of the academic year. You can also discuss the various payment options available via the Tuition Assistance Program. This financial assistance program is designed to make a CORE4 PG Program education more affordable for accommodating a wide a range of family situations based on a financial-needs assessments.
Your Tuition, Room & Board Provides...
This fee will fully fund the following educational, residential, and personal enrollment benefits:
College-preparatory academic coursework and instruction is provided by the Core4 partnering educational institution and its experienced faculty. All textbooks are included.
CORE4 Residential Housing options are climate-controlled accommodations containing sinks, cable-ready television service, and are network capable for students possessing laptop computers. Be aware that bed linens and other bedding necessities are NOT provided.
A comprehensive meal plan which includes three daily "all-you-choose-to-eat" meals in the Academy dining hall. Fresh fruits, vegetables, and grains are standard during all meals.
24-hour Care access to our team of medical professionals who serve the CORE4 student-athletes in need around the clock.
On-going college-preparatory counseling is available to all PG participants, as approved by the Academy's Guidance Officers.
Internet & E-Mail Access
Personalized email and internet user accounts, along with access to a numerous computers at the Core4 computer resource room.
Athletic & Recreational Facilities
Access to the CORE4's superb athletic training and treatment facilities, including indoor and outdoor basketball courts for each level of play, outdoor track, pro level weight room, and more.
Clubs & Extracurricular Activities
Students are granted optional participation in extracurricular activities, clubs, and enrichment off-campus excursions.
The CORE4 facility,has the flexibility for hosting the likes of professional athletic events, professional concerts, guest lectures, private parties, and recreational opportunities (nominal fees for some special events may apply).
Supplemental Individual and Group accident and injury insurance is required to supplement your family primary insurance plan(s), if applicable.
Fees for Uniform & Gear Provides...
Student Branded Clothing
Includes daily CORE4 polo wear, inclement weather gear (i.e., coats hats and gloves), blankets, laundry necessities, sneakers, along with other essential accessories. Dry cleaning of games uniform items is included.
A complete supply of branded athletic and recreation gear, including multiple t-shirts, shorts, and sweats. Laundering of these items is included.

CORE4 will offer both partial and full-scholarships to (select) participants according to his athletic prowess and or his family's financial needs. Each scholarships will be granted based on an individual assessment basis. Each applicant must complete the CORE4 Financial Aid application form in its entirety a minimum of 2-weeks prior to submitting his final Enrollment Application. Once the financial aid application has been submitted and assessed, a final determination will be made and the applicant and his parents/guardians will be informed accordingly. At which time, a final CORE4 T.E.A. (Tuition Enrollment Agreement) will be issued for obtaining all required signatures and final approval.
SCHOLARSHIPS & FINANCIAL AID ASSISTANCE:
CORE4 PG Program admits students of any race, color, national and ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges, programs and activities generally accorded or made available to the students at the school. It does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national and ethnic origin in administration of its educational policies, admissions policies, scholarship and loan programs, athletic and other school-administered programs.
CORE4 Scholarships will be awarded (annually) according to the CORE4 Budgetary Allotment provided via the Paul Millsap Foundation.
Scholarships are awarded on a first come, first-serve basis.
All students are required to reapply for scholarship consideration annually.
The awarding of financial aid is strictly-confidential and secured by the signing of an NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement).
Other Tuition Incentives
Parent Referral Incentive Program: CORE4 will offer a tuition discount of $1,500 for each new (FULL-PAY) enrolled BOARDING student that a current family refers ($500 for each new(FULL-PAY) enrolled DAY/COMMUTER student), provided the referring family stays in good standing with the academy. For second semester boarding enrollees, there will be a $500 tuition discount; for second semester day student enrollees there will be a $250 discount.
The process is simple:
Reach out to friends and family that have a child who meets CORE’s enrollment standards and whom you feel would be a positive contributor to our CORE4 PG Program mission.
Share your positive experience with them and encourage the new prospective family to reach out to the Admissions department or Coaching Staff.
If the new prospective family chooses to apply, there will be a section on the application regarding a family referral- this section must be filled out to include your name in order to receive credit.
If the new family elects to enroll their son and they remain in good standing, the tuition discount will be applied to your final payment of the current school year!
FINANCIAL AID ASSISTANCE OPTIONS
NOTE: Individual students must contact and personally make application for EDUCATIONAL LOANS with any of the following student loan institutions or others lenders. CORE4 does NOT provide assistance to students applying for student loans. Additionally, be informed that, all loan funds received must be used to pay Academic related fees only!
